Vattudalens Fisk AB is looking for employees for the facility in Tobro, Virserum.

For over 16 years, we have been breeding noble fish – rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and Arctic char (Salvelinus alpinus) in the clean and cold waters of Jämtland. Alongside breeding, we collaborate closely with Swedish research and industry development.

The company operates at 15 active locations across Sweden, from Kalmar to Kalix.

Vattudalens Fisk AB is now seeking a dedicated and responsible employee for our facility in Tobro, Virserum.

The role primarily involves assisting with hatching and rearing of fish fry in our indoor tanks. Fish health and good animal husbandry are crucial parts of our operations, so we are looking for someone who is meticulous, hands-on, and interested in aquaculture and animal welfare.

Responsibilities

• Work in the hatchery
• Rearing and care of fish fry
• Monitoring fish health and water environment
• Cleaning and maintenance of tanks and equipment
• Other tasks within the facility

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible and willing to work
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Has an interest in fish farming, animals, or nature-based industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Has a strong work ethic and is meticulous

Employment Type

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Start date according to agreement.

The company has a collective agreement with Livs.
